The Gilgit Baltistan Rural Support Programme (GBRSP) invites sealed proposals from all Scheduled and Microfinance Banks, including KCBL, that possess a minimum credit rating of “A” by a recognized Rating Agency, for the investment of Endowment Funds amounting to Rs. 675 million in the form of Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs). Interested banks may download terms & conditions from GBRSP’s website (www.gbrsp.org.pk) and accordingly submit their proposals to the below mentioned address on or before October 05, 2026 before 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders. GBRSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules.
