GBRSP has a well-defined governance system. It is governed by a fifteen-members “Board of Directors (BoD)” headed by a Chairman, elected by the BoD. The composition of BoD, has twelve directors who are independent and represent civil society, whereas three ex-officio nominee members are the directors from government departments.

A team of professionals headed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the organization.
